The Julius Skills Transferability Platform – customized for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Energy Jobs Skills Reference Architecture project – helps identify pathways into energy efficiency and renewable energy (EERE) jobs.

This deployment focuses on helping oil and natural gas (ONG) workers both identify skills overlap from common ONG jobs into EERE jobs, as well as the availability of these jobs in their area. It also starts to highlight salary and benefits alignment. ​
